From a 40% improvement in productivity to virtually eliminating on-site waste, modern construction methods are changing the face of the industry.
How does it work
Modern construction methods allow parts of a build to be designed, planned, manufactured and
pre-assembled offsite in a factory setting. This can range from individual components such
as service risers and rollout reinforced floors, right up to complete modular builds.
At DHD, we are increasingly using modern construction methods across many sectors and
locations. These can range from thousands of precast components to smaller elements such as
bathroom pods, prison cells and education facilities.
These methods have numerous benefits in terms of quality, cost, productivity, heath & safety
and environmental impact.
