We're here to help

You can share your complaint with your DHD staff in person or write to us or send us an email .The customer service community Board also deals with issues relating to the services provided by the company’s outsourced agency.

In the event of not being satisfied with the response at Level II, please escalate your grievance to the Principal Officer for Complaint and Redressal with the details.
